HOW TO PREPARE HOMEMADE HEALTHY BABY FOODS

Hello mommies out there, I’m mommy Malou and today I want to share on how to prepare easy and affordable healthy and nutritious foods for my baby Demdem. Since he is starting solid foods I want to prepare the best and nutritious foods for my little one.

Below are the vegetables that I’m going to prepare in making my homemade nutritious foods. We have here a pile of squash cut into small pieces, a sweet potato an orange one, sliced of carrots and also I have here a malunggay powder.

And now here is the output of all the vegetables that I made, I am now ready to feed my baby.
